Terms of Service

Read this before
you use the app.

Last updated April 23, 2026 · Alibi Protocol · Concord, NH

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Alibi Protocol — including the landing page, the progressive web app, the $ALIBI reward program, and anything else offered under the Alibi Protocol name (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to every term below. If you don't, don't use the Service. I wrote it plain so there's no ambiguity about what you're agreeing to.

Three things up front

Who can use it

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet both conditions. If you're under 18, do not register, do not use the Service, and if you already did, stop.

Use it like an adult

You agree not to do any of the following:

If you do any of the above I may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, and any accrued or pending $ALIBI rewards tied to the violating activity may be forfeited.

The AI rights coach

The in-app rights coach runs on a third-party large language model and is trained on general knowledge of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, common police-encounter scenarios, and widely available legal information. It is not a lawyer, is not a substitute for a lawyer, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. It can be wrong. It can hallucinate. Do not stake your freedom on any single sentence it produces. Use it as a fast-reference ally. Verify anything that matters with a licensed attorney in your state.

$ALIBI token

$ALIBI is a utility token. It is not a security, not an investment contract, and not a share of Alibi Protocol.

Attorney pipeline (future feature)

A future version of the Service may help you hand evidence to a licensed attorney. Alibi Protocol is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service regulated under any bar rule, and does not provide legal representation. Any referral surfaced in the Service is informational only. Any attorney-client relationship you enter is strictly between you and the attorney. I take no legal fees, do not supervise cases, and make no guarantee of case outcome.

Mugshot removal (future feature)

A future version of the Service may help you request removal of mugshots from third-party websites. Success depends on each host's policy, the laws of your state, and the specifics of your case. Some hosts will comply. Some will not. I will be transparent about what works.
